Kafal Fish Kebab

Based on a recipe from Gilani Cuisine

1 Kefal Fish
4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
4 tbsp Seville orange juice or two dessert spoons pomegranate molasses
Salt and pepper


Preparation and Cooking

Skin and debone the fish and cut each fillet into three or four pieces. Peel and grate the onion and add to the fish pieces. Then add the juice or molasses and the olive oil and leave to marinate for an hour. Put the fish on skewers and roast on a barbeque as you would do a kebab. Season well before serving.
